About the Role

Role Overview

The Customer Supply Manager will play a critical role across the entire supply chain, from procurement to delivery. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance overall operational efficiency, contributing significantly to the success of supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to optimize supply chain processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards, maintaining a secure supply chain environment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Stay informed of industry developments and emerging technologies to enhance supply chain efficiency and innovation.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position are required to have 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
