About the Role

GeoWise AI is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time, on-site role serves as the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with account setup, facilitating platform usage, and resolving any challenges they encounter professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Effectively communicate with customers via WhatsApp, live chat, and calls, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Assist new customers with platform setup, including configuring services, schedules, and adding staff accounts.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues related to bookings, payments, or live tracking until a complete resolution is achieved.
Document technical faults and observations accurately and clearly, escalating them to the development team for follow-up.
Enhance and update the help center and user guides based on frequently asked questions and common customer challenges.

Qualifications and Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or technical/customer support.
Full proficiency in Arabic with excellent English communication skills.
Demonstrated communication skills, including clarity, patience, and the ability to simplify complex information for customers.
Technical aptitude: flexibility and speed in understanding and learning new systems and applications.
Bonus: Prior experience supporting SaaS platforms or booking and scheduling systems.
