Role Overview

Penta Consulting is seeking a Cyber Security Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves partnering with senior stakeholders to define and execute cybersecurity strategies within large, complex environments. The consultant will lead the design of modern security architectures and drive regulatory compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic cybersecurity advisory and engage with executive leadership.
• Lead enterprise security architecture and Zero Trust transformation initiatives.
• Manage cloud, hybrid, and network security governance.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and risk management efforts.
• Lead security programs and ensure delivery assurance.
• Support pre-sales solution design and business development activities.
• Provide expert guidance throughout the lifecycle of high-profile transformation programs.
• Bridge the gap between business objectives and security requirements for client organizations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 15 years of cybersecurity and consulting experience.
• Experience must be within government, critical infrastructure, or large enterprise environments.
• Extensive expertise in Zero Trust, Cloud Security, IAM, Network Security, Risk Management, and Security Operations.
• Strong understanding of NCA frameworks, PDPL, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and related regulatory standards.
• Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and translate technical risks into business outcomes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with executive leadership teams to ensure organizations remain secure, compliant, and prepared for future challenges.
