About the Role

Confidential Careers is seeking a Data Analyst specializing in Budgeting & Financial Reporting. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Riyadh Region. The role is integral to supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting through precise data analysis and insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and consolidate financial and operational data.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare financial performance reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries.
• Analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Identify data discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support management reporting and reporting process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, financial reporting, or budgeting support.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and data validation.
• Experience preparing dashboards and management reports.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and ERP systems is advantageous.
