Digital Intelligence Foundations is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to enhancing data-driven decision-making across the company's business and technology operations.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing complex data to identify key trends, measure performance, and deliver actionable insights. This position directly supports efforts to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop comprehensive dashboards, reports, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analyses.
• Identify significant trends, patterns, and potential business opportunities through data examination.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc analytical reports for various internal stakeholders.
• Utilize SQL and other analytical tools to efficiently extract and analyze large datasets.
• Build clear, compelling, and effective data visualizations to communicate findings.
• Collaborate effectively with business, technical, and management teams to align on data needs and solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of data used in all analyses.
• Automate repetitive reporting and analytical tasks to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve data analysis processes, reporting capabilities, and overall productivity.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholder groups.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a closely related analytical role.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to approach complex challenges systematically.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently on tasks and collaboratively as part of a team.
