About the Role

Alfanar Projects is seeking a Data Entry professional to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining accurate records of valuable company information and ensuring data accessibility across all departments to foster a better work environment. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and compile data from various departments, ensuring accurate production records.
Ensure daily consumption of physical stock in glaze line preparation and digital ink sections for posting.
Execute C011 T-code for posting daily produced quantities across GPS, Press, Glaze Line, Ink Jet, Firing, Squaring, and Polishing.
Execute MIGO T-code for posting consumable materials and receiving materials from the store for GPS, Press, Glaze Line, Ink Jet, Firing, Squaring, and Polishing.
Execute CO02 T-code to release Purchase Orders for posting.
Execute MB52 T-code to verify stocks before posting.
Execute COOIS T-code to identify production order information.
Execute COGI T-code to clear error posting goods movement.
Generate Excel reports of daily production from each department.
Retrieve production reports from SAP to assist in accurate investigations for customer complaints.
Compile monthly reports covering glaze line wastage, GPS wastage, recovery Glaze, Glaze line samples, shift-specific production monitoring, and Glaze Line KPIs.
Prepare daily Gap analysis and Daily production balance reports.
Coordinate with all departments to resolve discrepancies in received materials.
Assign batch codes in accordance with the production schedule.
Update data in the system promptly and accurately.
Maintain accurate data records.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in data collection, compilation, and entry.
Experience with SAP T-codes including C011, MIGO, CO02, MB52, COOIS, and COGI.
Strong ability to generate and compile reports using Excel and SAP.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with various departments and resolve discrepancies.
Commitment to maintaining high data accuracy and updating systems in a timely manner.
