The Role: Data Science Specialist

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking a Data Science Specialist to join its team. This full-time role requires experience in Data Architecture, Data Governance, Enterprise Architecture, and Digital Transformation. The specialist will contribute to developing and maintaining robust data management frameworks and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the establishment and development of the Enterprise Architecture Management Office.
• Apply data management principles, policies, standards, and best practices.
• Support data modeling, metadata management, master data, and reference data management initiatives.
• Define and document Data Architecture metamodels.
• Maintain and document reference data models and data entities.
• Link data entities to business processes, services, applications, and technology components.
• Assess the maturity of Data Management and Data Governance processes.
• Support the identification and establishment of Data Steward roles.
• Develop guidelines and standards for Data Management.
• Develop and monitor Data Quality KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within data operations.
• Recommend ETL processes based on modern best practices.
• Ensure projects align with the organization’s Data Strategy.
• Develop policies related to Data Lifecycle, Data Quality, Data Security, Database Auditing, and Backup & Recovery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Data Architecture.
• Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Architecture and Digital Transformation.
• Knowledge of NORA.
• Experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, and Data Lifecycle Management.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical, reporting, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
