The Role: Datacenter Administrator

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking an experienced Datacenter Administrator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves the administration, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of Data Center infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability, and optimal performance across all Data Center components.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Data Center infrastructure and related systems.
• Monitor Data Center components and respond promptly to alerts and incidents.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Review maintenance reports and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents.
• Evaluate and document Data Center configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure performance, availability, and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, business continuity requirements, and organizational policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers.
• Prepare operational, maintenance, and performance reports.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and asset records.
• Support infrastructure upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in on-call support when required.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in Data Center administration or a closely related field. The role requires a professional who is passionate about making an impact and growing within a dynamic, forward-looking environment.

Work Environment and Location
