About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia (ex-Souq) is hiring a Delivery Partner Manager, Quick Commerce, Last Mile Logistics for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role contributes to driving innovation in the transportation industry, empowering entrepreneurs, and supporting Amazon’s sustainability objectives.

Role Overview

As a Delivery Partner Manager, you will serve as an advisor and operating partner to Amazon DSPs (Logistics Supply Chain Managers) business owners. You will assist and guide them in building and growing successful middle-mile businesses, managing the DSP relationship throughout the business lifecycle. This involves solving programmatic challenges, influencing business planning and strategy, identifying obstacles, and recommending solutions to ensure effective business decisions and success for DSP owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with 25-30 DSP owners across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including entrepreneurs new to logistics or seasoned carriers.
• Work closely with a portfolio of owners at various stages to set strategy, drive accountability and engagement, and track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with an integrated internal team (Program Managers, Compliance, Finance) to ensure owners launch and scale their business in compliance with program requirements.
• Support owners by removing obstacles and improving financial, operational, and safety practices at the network level.
• Analyze problems, discover insights, deliver recommendations, and drive change both internally and externally.
• Collaborate frequently with internal stakeholders such as Partner Relations (PAR), Value Added Service (VAS), Legal, fleet, and network health teams.
• Facilitate and execute Monitoring and Enforcement Policies (MEP) and build two-way feedback channels with OTR teams, DSPs, and WW/EU Product and strategy.
• Work flexibly and travel between multiple sites weekly to engage with business owners effectively.

Operational Focus Areas

• Ensure business safety compliance by partnering with OTR Safety and OTR Regional Managers.
• Guide owners in scaling their business and managing operational issues, ensuring resources for effective ramp-up and peak period preparation.
• Support owners through onboarding and program launch preparation for net new launches.
• Coach owners to operate compliant, safe, and high-performing companies through SLS metric deep dives.
• Ensure effective upskilling and utilization of AMZL tools.
• Deep dive into customer metrics to identify and act on improvement opportunities.
• Champion consistent application of Last Mile processes within Delivery Stations and challenge UTR processes impacting OTR.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement operational improvements at the network level to enhance the DSP owner experience.
• Develop and strengthen the relationship between Amazon and DSP partners, focusing on DSP sentiment improvement.
• Ensure clear and aligned communication to DSP business owners in collaboration with OTR partners.
• Serve as the voice of the DSP, representing their interests within the AMZL business.
• Drive improvements in driver standards to protect Amazon's brand image.
• Work with DSPs to deliver effective ramp plans and pipeline goals, ensuring driver supply meets peak volume demands.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience for this role.

• 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Experience with Excel.
• Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for managed accounts.
• Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms.
