About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie for the pre-opening phase of the DoubleTree by Hilton Olaya North in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the preparation of high-quality dishes and contributing to a positive guest dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare dishes according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation through proper seasoning, cooking, and testing.
Supervise the junior kitchen team, including line cooks, providing support as needed in the absence of senior chefs to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas, ensuring they are tidy and free of cross-contamination.
Monitor ingredient quality and ensure proper storage and stock rotation in compliance with food quality standards.
Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure the highest standards for guest and team member wellbeing.
Assist with guest inquiries promptly and efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience required: 0-1 year in a relevant culinary role.
