About the Role

Massar Business Solutions is seeking a Design BOD/Tech Standards & Governance Senior Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading the design review, standards validation, and technical governance processes specifically for public safety technology initiatives.

Role Purpose and Impact

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that all asset designs consistently align with established operational and domain standards. The Senior Manager will play a critical part in supporting compliance, enhancing maintainability, facilitating integration, and achieving successful operational acceptance of technology solutions within the public safety sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design review and standards validation activities, meticulously evaluating asset designs at each project gate against defined operational and domain standards to prevent non-conformance.
• Take ownership of the Basis of Design (BOD) and technical standards, along with the governance framework, for all public safety technology, ensuring robust supportability, maintainability, and integration capabilities.
• Oversee all compliance and audit activities related to physical security technology standards, preparing systems and documentation for successful operational acceptance.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in design review, technical standards, or governance, particularly within technology or public safety domains.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical validation processes and ensure adherence to complex operational and technical standards.
• Strong understanding of technology lifecycle management, from design to operational acceptance.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic environment focused on critical public safety technology solutions, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
