About the Role

The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority is seeking a Digital Development Director to lead and manage the development and implementation of digital solutions and products. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Digital Development Director will oversee multidisciplinary teams, applying flexible working methods to ensure the development of integrated, high-quality digital solutions. The role focuses on compliance with business requirements and enterprise design standards to achieve implementation efficiency, systems sustainability, quality of digital outputs, enhanced user experience, and digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

Implement plans and provide necessary inputs to achieve digital development goals that support the Authority's overall strategic objectives.
Discuss digital development budget requirements with senior management and provide input for the budgeting process.
Ensure optimal use of the digital development budget and provide accurate reports on progress and challenges.
Validate initiatives and propose the implementation of those that achieve positive financial results for digital development and mitigate financial and operational risks.
Supervise the readiness of test environments and implement system tests and user acceptance tests in accordance with approved standards.
Oversee design, development, and testing reviews to ensure integrity, quality, and consistency in digital outputs.
Lead, manage, and direct technical and digital teams to ensure the achievement of operational and strategic objectives.
Manage the launches of digital products and services, ensuring the readiness of systems, related entities, and plans for retreat and continuity.
Establish a high-performance working environment and promote ZATCA values.
