About the Role: Digital Sales & Business Development Manager

Pink Camel Recruitment is seeking a commercially driven Digital Sales & Business Development Manager (Arabic Speaking) to support the growth of a company's offerings across the Saudi market. This full-time role, based in Riyadh or Jeddah, focuses on building a strong sales pipeline, engaging key decision-makers, and contributing to the successful conversion of new business opportunities. The manager will work closely with leadership to drive business development initiatives, with a particular focus on engaging government and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline for the company.
Identify, engage, and develop relationships with target clients and key decision-makers.
Support and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
Actively contribute to the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to deal closure.
Collaborate closely with leadership to support market expansion and strategic initiatives.
Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively position digital solutions to clients.
Track and report on sales activity, pipeline progression, and conversion metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

5-10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within digital or technology solutions.
Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and influence decision-makers.
Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Saudi nationals preferred; strong candidates of other nationalities will be considered.
Based in Riyadh or Jeddah, or willing to relocate.
Valid KSA driving licence.
