About the Role

Frost & Sullivan is seeking a Director, Healthcare and Life Science, to join their team in Ar Rawbidah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading complex strategic engagements within the healthcare sector across the Middle East, delivering impactful recommendations, and fostering strong client relationships. The Healthcare practice at Frost & Sullivan collaborates with both public and private sector clients to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities in pharmaceuticals, healthcare delivery, digital health, medical technologies, diagnostics, and healthcare financing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development activities in collaboration with commercial teams and manage the practice's top and bottom-line targets.
• Develop concept notes and proposals, and lead client pitches alongside the commercial team.
• Drive engagement execution, providing guidance and mentorship to the team to ensure high-quality client deliverables.
• Supervise and mentor a team of consultants/associates in developing structured, evidence-backed strategies.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations, communicating insights clearly, and building trusted relationships.
• Translate client challenges into structured problem statements and formulate actionable, data-driven solutions and recommendations.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholder priorities concurrently in fast-paced environments, while overseeing the overall business performance of the practice.
• Support the development of intellectual capital, including whitepapers, articles, and points of view on emerging healthcare topics.
• Maintain a strong understanding of local healthcare dynamics in the Middle East.
• Troubleshoot internal and external project challenges by proactively resolving bottlenecks, realigning delivery, and maintaining client confidence and internal momentum.
