About Ajran Studio

Ajran Studio is seeking a Director of Interior Design to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position for an experienced professional with over 10 years of experience in interior design.

Role Overview

The Director of Interior Design will oversee the entire design process, from initial concept development and client briefing through to detailed design, documentation, and on-site execution. This role is central to maintaining design quality and consistency across all projects while strengthening Ajran Studio’s presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the interior design team.
• Set the creative direction for design projects.
• Review and approve design proposals to ensure high standards.
• Ensure design projects align with client requirements, budget constraints, and established timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate the development of construction drawings and material specifications.
• Maintain design quality and consistency across all projects undertaken by the studio.
• Engage directly with clients, presenting design concepts clearly and professionally.
• Contribute to strengthening Ajran Studio’s design standards and brand presence in the market.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing design teams and projects.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation within the studio environment and on project sites.
