This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is critical for driving the company's marketing performance and brand visibility. ******* is recognized as a top platform in the Kingdom for technology, features, agility, and revenue, serving major events and surpassing 2 billion in sales.

Role Purpose

The Director of Marketing & Brand will lead the daily operations of the marketing organization, encompassing brand management, campaign execution, content strategy, creative output, reporting, and team leadership. This role requires translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring teams maintain focus on key priorities, and upholding high standards across all marketing deliverables. A primary objective is to evolve the marketing function into a consistently proactive unit, actively identifying cultural moments, audience engagement opportunities, strategic partnerships, and innovative activations to enhance *******'s market presence and relevance. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on optimizing marketing operations while fostering creativity and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the marketing organization, converting strategy into clear priorities, plans, timelines, and assigned ownership.
• Oversee campaign and content execution, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with established standards.
• Develop a proactive pipeline of creative marketing concepts, cultural engagement opportunities, unconventional activations, partnerships, and brand-defining moments.
• Serve as the initial point of leadership for the team, addressing delivery, performance, and operational challenges to prevent escalation.
• Ensure brand consistency and creative quality across all marketing channels, including campaigns, content, social media, partnerships, public relations, and customer communications.
• Manage marketing reporting and performance visibility, providing clear insights, identifying risks, and offering actionable recommendations without requiring follow-up.
• Supervise senior team members, agencies, and external partners, holding them accountable for performance, quality, and delivery.
• Collaborate with commercial, product, technology, partnerships, and regional teams to ensure marketing initiatives support growth in KSA and international markets.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
• Proven ability to translate marketing strategy into effective action and manage teams towards clear priorities.
• Demonstrated capacity for hands-on leadership, capable of managing operational processes while fostering creativity and efficiency.
• Experience in identifying and leveraging cultural moments, audience opportunities, and unconventional marketing tactics.
• Strong focus on maintaining high standards for all marketing outputs and ensuring measurable impact.
