About the Role

Al Rugaib Holding Company is seeking a Draftsman / BIM Modeler to join its contracting and construction team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and involves preparing essential drawings to support site execution and project approvals.

Role Overview

The Draftsman / BIM Modeler will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings, including shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings. The role is critical for ensuring accurate documentation and facilitating smooth construction processes, working remotely to support site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare shop drawings for civil, architectural, and finishing works.
Develop coordination drawings and assist in resolving clashes between different disciplines.
Update drawings based on consultant comments and site modifications.
Produce as-built drawings for project handover documentation.
Develop and maintain Building Information Models (BIM) as required.
Maintain an organized drawing register in collaboration with document control.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as a Draftsman / BIM Modeler.
A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the contracting and construction industry.
Proficiency in relevant drafting and BIM software.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position that operates on a remote-work basis, supporting projects primarily in Riyadh. The role requires close coordination with site teams and consultants to ensure drawing accuracy and project alignment.
