Role Overview

Plaza Premium Group is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee lounge operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and involves ensuring smooth operational and managerial performance during assigned shifts. The Duty Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of guest service, safety, and operational compliance across all lounge facilities, acting as the primary point of contact for operational issues and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assigned shifts to ensure effective team performance and high-quality customer service.
• Ensure proper presentation and availability of food, beverages, and lounge facilities according to company standards.
• Manage administrative tasks, including staff rosters, task assignments, and shift coverage.
• Provide on-the-job coaching, guidance, and performance management to team members.
• Conduct shift briefings to communicate updates, service changes, and service recovery learnings.
• Evaluate team performance and coordinate training and development activities.
• Handle operational incidents or emergencies and deploy appropriate actions to minimize impact.
• Oversee common areas, including security, cleaning, crowd control, and customer service during assigned shifts.
• Address guest feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
• Liaise with airport authorities and external parties on operational matters.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
