Noya Clinics is seeking an E-Commerce & Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on supporting our digital storefront and online marketing channels.

Role Overview

The E-Commerce & Marketing Specialist will manage daily website updates, execute email marketing campaigns, coordinate social media advertisements, and analyze performance data. This role is suitable for a digital marketer with a focus on optimization and data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload new products, including writing descriptions, updating tags, and managing pricing variations.
• Conduct daily site accuracy audits to ensure functionality of links, images, pricing, and promotional discount codes.
• Monitor site inventory and notify management regarding low stock levels of top-selling items.
• Develop and deploy email campaigns, including newsletters, product launches, and automated workflows.
• Set up digital advertisements across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager using provided creative assets.
• Create organic content and manage scheduling for social media channels to enhance brand engagement.
• Extract weekly metrics on web traffic, email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion numbers.
• Track promotional codes and affiliate links to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts in driving sales.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Demonstrated motivation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage digital storefront operations and online marketing channels.
• Proficiency in executing email marketing campaigns and coordinating social media advertising.
• Capable of pulling and analyzing performance analytics.

Work Environment
