About the Role

ABYAT is seeking an Ecommerce Merchandising Specialist to support and execute site merchandising, customer journey optimization, and digital growth initiatives across its online channels. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves close collaboration with Technology, Digital Marketing, CRM, Operations, and Business teams to enhance the online customer experience, optimize website performance, and support commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day site merchandising across category pages, PLPs, PDPs, navigation, search, and promotional activities.
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve conversion, customer engagement, and overall website experience.
Support CRO and A/B testing initiatives across product, category, landing, cart, and checkout pages.
Monitor key website KPIs such as conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, traffic, and funnel drop-offs, and highlight key trends and opportunities.
Maintain and coordinate the e-commerce content and merchandising calendar, ensuring products, promotions, and campaigns are updated accurately and on time.
Work with Marketing, CRM, Technology, Operations, and Business teams to support website campaigns and customer experience initiatives.
Use website and customer behavior insights to identify areas for improvement in navigation, search, product discovery, and customer journey.
Support personalization and segmentation initiatives in collaboration with CRM and relevant digital teams.
Prepare regular website and mobile performance reports and summarize key findings for relevant stakeholders.
Support campaign and promotional performance analysis and provide actionable observations to improve future activities.
Collaborate with Data and Technology teams to improve dashboards, reporting, tracking, and website performance.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, merchandising best practices, AI tools, automation, personalization, and emerging digital technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

3–4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, online trading, digital marketing, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related discipline.
Working knowledge of GA4 and familiarity with reporting/visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio.
Experience with e-commerce platforms and/or tools related to search, personalization, CRM, or customer experience is an advantage.
Basic understanding of CRO, A/B testing, website analytics, customer journeys, and digital merchandising.

Required Skills

Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and translate data into practical recommendations.
Good understanding of digital marketing channels and their impact on e-commerce performance.
Strong coordination, planning, and project management skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Interest in emerging technologies such as AI/ML, automation, personalization, and AR/VR is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires collaboration with various internal teams including Technology, Digital Marketing, CRM, Operations, and Business units.
