About Food Industries Polytechnic (FIP)

Food Industries Polytechnic (FIP) is a non-profit training institution established in 2009. It operates under the National Center for Strategic Partnerships, a collaboration between the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) and Almarai. Supported by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), FIP focuses on developing specialized and highly skilled Saudi professionals for the food industry. The institution's training system is designed to align with industry needs and international standards, equipping the labor market with professionals capable of driving innovation and growth.

Job Summary

FIP is seeking a full-time English Teacher to join its school community in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves delivering engaging English language instruction, with a focus on fostering students’ language proficiency, critical thinking, and appreciation for literature. The teacher will ensure alignment with curriculum standards and overall school goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality English instruction to students across designated grade levels.
• Develop and implement lessons, assessments, and activities that meet curriculum standards.
• Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs and styles.
• Monitor and assess student progress, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate records.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues on cross-curricular projects and school initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development.

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in English instruction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field, or an equivalent teaching credential.
• Teaching certification or licensure as required by the local governing body.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or additional certifications in English, literacy, or TESOL/TEFL.
• Experience with curriculum design and assessment development.
• Proficiency with educational technology and online/hybrid teaching tools.
