The Role of Enterprise Account Manager

********* is seeking a strategic and driven Enterprise Account Manager to join its Commercial team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves acting as a business advisor and the primary post-integration point of contact for the company's largest merchants. The Enterprise Account Manager will guide these merchants through the complexities of the global payments landscape, requiring the ability to influence C-level stakeholders, perform analytical deep dives into payment performance, and manage challenging conversations to foster long-term partnerships. Candidates will be assessed for Mid and Senior levels based on their payments experience and demonstrated competencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute merchant-specific development plans focused on tangible revenue generation and value addition.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of merchant payment data to optimize acceptance rates, reduce false declines, and improve checkout flows.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling new products and features to increase share of wallet within accounts.
  • Build high-touch, consultative relationships to prevent churn and resolve complex merchant pain points.
  • Navigate commercial negotiations and manage pushback from sophisticated enterprise merchants, focusing on long-term partnership outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Integration, Legal, and Product teams to ensure a seamless merchant experience.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on global payment strategies, acting as an ambassador for the product and brand.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 4 years of experience in a B2B Enterprise Account Management or Relationship Management role within a payments or digital-first business.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce, payment technologies, and major future trends in the financial ecosystem.
  • Proven commercial acumen, demonstrated by achieving financial targets, reducing churn, and driving expansion revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Experience managing high-pressure situations and handling pushback from demanding enterprise stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex transaction data and translate it into actionable recommendations for merchants.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while managing multiple priorities and maintaining focus on performance.
