About Axis Communications and the Role

Axis Communications, a fast-growing and innovative IT company, is seeking a Key Account Manager – End Customer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a global leader in security surveillance and remote monitoring based on modern, open technology platforms, Axis is a Swedish-based company and part of the Canon group, employing approximately 5000 individuals across more than 50 countries. This full-time role involves driving sales for selected end customer companies, developing and implementing business plans for large existing and new end customers, and managing a 360° customer relationship by collaborating with all Axis departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned accounts.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans and map the complexity of assigned accounts.
  • Strategically manage accounts to deepen Axis relationships across product and solution lines, over extended time horizons, and potentially across geographical boundaries.
  • Identify and influence major stakeholders and eco-system partners.
  • Coordinate activities across various company functions.
  • Actively participate in selected associations, trade shows, market events, and congresses to build brand awareness and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain and share all critical account information through Salesforce.
  • Represent Axis's core values as an ambassador.
  • This role requires domestic travel within Saudi Arabia and occasional international travel.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the region, specifically managing National/Key Accounts for large end customers.
  • Experience with indirect B2B sales models.
  • Strong knowledge and experience within the government and commercial sectors.
  • Experience with complex sales management in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure (preferable).
  • Knowledge of the physical or cyber security market (an advantage).
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.

  • Excellent communication (verbal, listening, written), presentation, and negotiation skills.
