Systems Arabia is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on shaping the technological future of the organization within a dynamic enterprise environment.

The Enterprise Architect Role

The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for designing and governing the enterprise-wide technology landscape. This role involves aligning business strategy with technology capabilities, driving architecture standards, and leading digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, standards, and governance models across business and technology domains.
• Develop target-state architecture aligned with business goals, digital strategy, and operational objectives.
• Evaluate current-state systems, applications, and infrastructure to identify gaps, redundancies, and optimization opportunities.
• Lead architecture design across applications, data, integration, infrastructure, and security domains.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and IT leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Establish roadmaps for modernization, cloud adoption, system integration, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Ensure technology solutions comply with enterprise architecture principles, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and optimization of enterprise platforms and services.
• Assess emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance business capabilities.
• Support solution architects and project teams in architecture reviews, design approvals, and implementation governance.
• Maintain enterprise architecture repositories, documentation, and capability models.
• Provide strategic guidance on application rationalization, data governance, and technology investments.

Candidate Profile and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture.
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
• Deep understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, cloud platforms, infrastructure, and security architecture.
• Experience in digital transformation, cloud migration, and enterprise modernization programs.
• TOGAF certification or equivalent architecture certifications.
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Capital Markets, or large enterprise environments.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of business process modeling and technology governance.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
