About the Role

Khidmah is seeking a Senior Estimation & Procurement Engineer to join their Facilities Management team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing the entire bidding process, from initial pricing to vendor sourcing, often under tight deadlines.

Role Context and Purpose

The Senior Estimation & Procurement Engineer is responsible for ensuring competitive and accurate cost estimations for tenders and managing the procurement of necessary materials, equipment, and subcontracts. The role is critical for the successful mobilization and operational readiness of new contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Review comprehensive tender documents, including RFPs, BOQs, technical drawings, SLAs, and KPIs, to prepare accurate cost estimates, pricing schedules, commercial reports, and formal submissions.
• Support pre-bid meetings, site visits, value engineering initiatives, and post-tender clarifications.
• Issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and evaluate quotes for materials, equipment, and subcontracts.
• Negotiate prices, scopes of work, and delivery timelines to secure competitive commercial value.
• Manage operational readiness for awarded contracts by organizing manpower, materials, equipment, and logistics to ensure smooth project commencement.
• Identify commercial and operational risks during the bidding process and document qualifications and exclusions.
• Maintain pricing models and trackers to ensure clear audit trails.
• Adhere strictly to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Information Security standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in estimation and procurement within Facilities Management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
