Event Host

The Society by Women of MENA

is a private membership community for accomplished women, launching first in Riyadh.

We are looking for a polished, socially confident woman to become our

Riyadh Society Host

and take ownership of our private Society Tables.

This is a flexible, event-based role, initially around

1–2 dinners per month

.

Responsibilities

• Recommend suitable Riyadh restaurants and venues
• Contact restaurants and arrange reservations
• Confirm menus, pricing, seating and group requirements
• Coordinate the small details before each dinner
• Prepare simple place cards and table materials
• Arrive before guests and ensure everything is ready
• Welcome members and make introductions
• Briefly open the evening on behalf of The Society
• Join the dinner as part of the group
• Help make sure every guest feels included and comfortable
• Handle any small venue or service issues discreetly
• Share brief feedback after each event

What we are looking for

• Based in Riyadh
• Excellent knowledge of Riyadh’s restaurant and social scene
• Polished, warm and confident
• Highly organized and reliable
• Comfortable speaking with senior professional women
• Good English communication skills
• Arabic is highly preferred
• Comfortable contacting and negotiating with restaurants
• Strong judgment and attention to detail
• Available for evening events

Formal event-management experience is

not required

.

We are more interested in someone with excellent taste, strong social skills, local knowledge and the ability to create a warm, well-organized experience.

Compensation

SAR 1,000 per Society Table

Plus:

• Your meal is covered
• Approved event expenses are reimbursed separately
