About the Role

Hyatt Place Riyadh Al Sulaimania is seeking an Event Sales Executive to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position designed for an individual with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The role focuses on driving event sales and fostering client relationships to ensure successful event planning and execution.

Role Purpose

The Event Sales Executive is responsible for maximizing event revenue and delivering service for meetings, events, and group bookings. This involves proactive engagement with clients and meticulous coordination across departments to ensure all event details are managed effectively from inquiry to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities for meetings, events, and group bookings.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to promote hotel event facilities and services.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with operational departments to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding event packages and services.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the hotel's overall revenue goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions, and market trends.
  • Ensure all client requirements and event details are communicated effectively to relevant departments.
  • Provide customer service before, during, and after events to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Demonstrated communication skills.
  • A talent for sales and client engagement.
