The Role

Red Sea Global is seeking an Events and Sponsorship Manager for a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading the planning, execution, and management of high-impact, experiential luxury events and sponsorship activations. The Manager will be responsible for elevating RSG’s brand and residential portfolio by creating immersive, world-class experiences that engage UHNWIs, investors, and strategic stakeholders, distinct from traditional residential marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a luxury events and sponsorship strategy aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Identify and manage high-value sponsorship opportunities, partnerships, and platforms that enhance brand positioning.
  • Curate premium experiences targeting UHNWIs, investors, and global audiences.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of events—concept, design, production, execution, and post-event analysis.
  • Deliver immersive, high-touch luxury experiences including VIP events, private showcases, launches, and international roadshows.
  • Oversee on-ground execution, ensuring flawless delivery and adherence to ultra-luxury standards.
  • Collaborate with top-tier event agencies, production houses, and luxury vendors to deliver best-in-class experiences.
  • Drive quality, creativity, and accountability across all external partners, ensuring all outputs meet premium brand and experiential standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Brand, PR, Leadership) to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Support executive-level engagements and high-profile events.
  • Manage relationships with sponsors, partners, and external stakeholders to maximize value and visibility.
  • Manage event and sponsorship budgets with a strong focus on ROI and value creation.
  • Track performance metrics including engagement, lead generation, brand exposure, and event impact.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in events, with a strong focus on luxury, experiential, or high-end brand activations.
  • Proven background in executing large-scale, detail-driven luxury events, rather than solely planning or coordination.
  • Experience working within large organizations or leading event/creative agencies.
  • Strong exposure to hospitality, luxury brands, destination marketing, or premium lifestyle sectors.
  • Experience managing sponsorships, partnerships, or branded collaborations is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with high-end global brands (*, luxury hotels, fashion, automotive, lifestyle) is a strong advantage.
  • Candidates should possess a pure events/experiential background, distinct from traditional residential marketing.
