The Role of Executive Director, Development

Qiddiya is seeking an Executive Director, Development (Commercial Office Development) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time leadership position involves guiding complex office development initiatives within a rapidly evolving organization. The Executive Director will be instrumental in shaping development plans that align with broader business priorities, collaborating with internal leadership, external advisors, and public-sector stakeholders to ensure progress, alignment, and delivery excellence.
