About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Executive Lounge Supervisor to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading service standards, maintaining lounge presentation, and ensuring guest satisfaction for executive and VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily execution of Executive Lounge service standards to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Uphold brand and quality standards to meet the expectations of executive and VIP guests.
Respond to guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure guest supplies are consistently stocked and lounge areas meet cleanliness and service standards.
Guide team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about hotel services, VIP preferences, and local attractions, and consistently provide professional hospitality.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure guest and team member well-being.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to hospitality, integrity, and leadership. This role requires a focus on teamwork, ownership, and accountability to drive positive outcomes and make a lasting impact.

Qualifications and Experience

5-10 years of relevant experience.
Proven ability to oversee lounge operations and deliver high standards of service.
Experience in leading and developing a team.
Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
