Facilities and Maintenance Manager

About the Role

Ninja is seeking an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Manager to lead national maintenance and facilities operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and involves overseeing operations across Ninja stores and supporting locations. The role focuses on ensuring operational continuity and maintaining high standards of safety, service quality, and maintenance performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Area Maintenance Managers and manage 24/7 reactive and planned maintenance operations.
• Oversee national Service Level Agreement (SLA), preventive maintenance, backlog, safety, vendor, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) performance.
• Manage various facilities services, including cleaning, water supply, pest control, coffee machines, waste management, and related services.
• Implement and optimize Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) / Field Service Management (FSM) workflows for tickets, Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), assets, vendors, and SLA reporting.
• Ensure proper store handovers, snag closure, accurate asset records, and timely supplier warranty claims.
• Manage operational priorities and maintenance expenditure in coordination with Finance, Procurement, and Cost Control departments.
• Resolve major maintenance and operational escalations effectively.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a hands-on leader capable of managing large-scale maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will drive performance across multiple locations and ensure reliable and safe facilities operations.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant facilities and maintenance management role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on national operations within the quick-commerce sector.
