eXtra (United Electronics Co.) is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead multi-discipline maintenance operations within the Service department. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing home maintenance operations, ensuring service quality, and managing a team of technicians. This role requires a focus on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan daily scheduling, routing, and job assignments for Home Maintenance Technicians based on specialization, service demand, and capacity.
Ensure service quality outcomes, improve First-Time Fix rates, reduce repeat service cases, and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Manage technician tools and equipment, oversee spare parts issuance and reconciliation, and coordinate with Warehouse / Supply Chain regarding availability and shortages.
Manage technician attendance, leave, discipline, and daily deployment, providing operational guidance and coaching.
Monitor technician performance and recommend training, certification, or corrective actions as required.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, service procedures, and customer experience guidelines.
Monitor service completion, turnaround time, quality, First-Time Fix, and capacity utilization, providing regular performance reports to management.
Act as the primary escalation point for technical, operational, and customer-related issues, proactively identifying and addressing service risks.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 7–10+ years of technical experience.
At least 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Technical Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, or a related field.
