Facilities Officer

About the Role

Takamol Mobility Services is seeking a Facilities Officer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience in facilities management. The role involves overseeing the operational condition and maintenance of various facilities, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency across multiple centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections at centers and monitor the overall condition of facilities.
• Receive and follow up on maintenance requests, identifying the required scope of work.
• Coordinate with maintenance contractors and oversee execution after obtaining necessary approvals.
• Verify the quality of completed work and review completion certificates before submitting them for approval.
• Monitor cleaning activities, staff performance, and cleanliness standards across all centers.
• Ensure the availability of cleaning materials, pantry supplies, and other facility-related operational requirements.
• Follow up on site observations, ensuring all identified issues are properly addressed and closed.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance, inspection, and observation records, and submit periodic reports to the Facilities Management team.
• Support the preparation and onboarding of new centers into the facilities management framework.
• Monitor compliance with facility and safety requirements, reporting any observations, risks, or potential hazards immediately.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in facilities management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage maintenance operations and contractor coordination.
• Experience in conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Location and Work Type

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time position. The Facilities Officer will be responsible for overseeing multiple centers within the region.
