Awtad Real Estate is actively seeking a skilled Facility Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our facilities across the Riyadh Province.

Role Summary

The Facility Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility management. This includes performing regular inspections, effectively troubleshooting equipment issues, and coordinating necessary repairs and maintenance activities. A key part of the role involves ensuring strict compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations, alongside identifying and implementing strategies to enhance facility efficiency and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance and repair needs.
• Coordinate and oversee all maintenance and repair activities, including routine upkeep, corrective repairs, and system upgrades.
• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to ensure the ongoing reliability and safety of our facilities.
• Create and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities performed.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable safety regulations and industry standards.
• Identify and propose opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within facility operations.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to coordinate facility-related projects.
• Respond promptly to facility emergencies and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of professional experience in facility management. A strong background in the field is essential, along with excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is also required.
