About Alfaisal University - College of Business

Alfaisal University (AU), a private, not-for-profit research-oriented institution located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking to appoint faculty members to its College of Business (CoB). Founded in 2008, AU operates with English as its official language of instruction and is recognized for its academic excellence. The College of Business offers a comprehensive range of programs including a BBA with seven majors, an MBA with six tracks, an Executive MBA in Healthcare Leadership, and a General EMBA, complemented by an active Executive Education & Development program. Faculty Role Overview

Faculty members in the College of Business will contribute to the institution's academic and research mission. This role involves teaching at both the graduate and undergraduate levels within a supportive academic environment. The CoB provides access to business databases and robust support for faculty research endeavors.

Open Faculty Positions

The College of Business is seeking faculty for the following specializations:

• Accounting: Two positions (one in Auditing, one in Cost or Financial Accounting).
• Finance: Up to three positions (one in Banking & Financial Intermediation, one in Fintech, one in Insurance/Derivatives).
• Management: Up to three positions (one in Entrepreneurship and Family Business, two in Strategic Management).
• Marketing: One position, preferably in Consumer Behavior with a focus on Emerging Technology.
• Operations & Project Management: Up to four positions (one in Business Statistics, three in Business Analytics, with flexibility to teach Operations Management).

Qualifications and Application Requirements

Candidates are required to possess a ** in the designated field and demonstrate a strong record or potential for high-quality research and teaching. Instruction is typically delivered to relatively small class sizes at both graduate and undergraduate levels.
