Role Overview

Asl Al Burger is seeking a Fast Food Restaurant Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure a high-quality, efficient, and safe guest experience. The manager will lead the restaurant team and manage operational aspects from service standards to inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high quality, efficiency, and safety.
Manage staff schedules and supervise service standards.
Monitor food preparation and presentation.
Lead and coach team members, including hiring, onboarding, and supporting training for customer service.
Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
Monitor sales and costs.
Implement company policies and procedures.
Resolve guest concerns and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Contribute to local marketing and promotional activities.

Qualifications and Experience

5-10 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably within the fast-food sector.
Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations and lead a team.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation in daily restaurant operations and team leadership.
