Music House KSA, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Female Piano Instructor to join its team of music educators. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality piano instruction to students of various ages and skill levels.

Role Overview

The Piano Instructor will be responsible for guiding students through their musical development, with a particular emphasis on the ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music) curriculum. The instructor will work with students to help them achieve their musical potential and prepare for graded examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver private and/or group piano lessons to students across all skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
• Develop personalized lesson plans that align with individual student goals, learning pace, and style.
• Prepare students for ABRSM graded exams, covering technical work, sight-reading, aural skills, and repertoire.
• Monitor and report on student progress regularly, adhering to studio reporting procedures.
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and structured learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and studio management regarding attendance, progress, and scheduling.
• Participate in studio recitals, showcases, and other music-related events as required.
• Stay informed about current piano teaching methodologies and updates to the ABRSM syllabus.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience teaching piano to diverse age groups and skill levels.
• Strong understanding of the ABRSM syllabus and exam preparation processes.
• A relevant piano or music qualification (degree, diploma, ABRSM certification, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine interest in music education.
• Effective classroom/studio management and organizational abilities.
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to a consistent weekly teaching schedule.

Preferred Experience

• Experience teaching other musical instruments or vocals.
• Previous experience working within a music school or academy setting.
• Experience preparing students for performances, competitions, or public recitals.
