Finance and Business Support Manager

About the Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Finance and Business Support Manager to lead the finance function in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing all financial activities in line with IHG standards and supporting strategic business objectives. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Business Support function, ensuring effective operation of all finance activities according to IHG standards.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and performance analyses.
• Monitor financial performance, KPIs, and departmental P&Ls, providing recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with IHG policies, accounting standards, local regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Maintain strong internal controls, safeguard hotel assets, and oversee financial risk management.
• Coordinate internal, external, and IHG audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, payroll, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) activities.
• Partner with the General Manager and Department Heads to support strategic planning and commercial decision-making.
• Drive cost control initiatives while maintaining service quality and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance & Business Support team to ensure high performance and continuous professional growth.
• Promote collaboration across departments and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the General Manager in support of the hotel's business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in finance and business support roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial operations and lead a finance team.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and performance monitoring.
