About the Role

YO IT Consulting is seeking a Finance Associate to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to accurate and seamless financial operations within a dynamic environment.

Role Contribution

The Finance Associate will play a pivotal role in managing essential financial processes. This position requires leveraging expertise in QuickBooks, accounts receivable, and Google Sheets to support the company's financial health and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, transaction recording, and financial data management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review.
Maintain and optimize financial data within Google Sheets for enhanced reporting and analysis.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support budget adherence and financial compliance.
Assist with ad hoc financial projects and provide support during audits.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in finance or a related field.
Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management.
Demonstrated experience with accounts receivable processes.
Competency in using Google Sheets for data maintenance, reporting, and analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

This role operates within a collaborative remote environment. The ability to remain available for weekend or extended hours as needed to meet business demands is required.
