About the Role

Astek is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Finance Manager to lead the finance function for its operations across Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyad Qana, Al Qasim, and reports directly to the International CFO. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Context

The Finance Manager will provide strategic financial leadership and ensure operational excellence across all finance activities within the region. This role involves acting as a business partner to the CEO UAE & KSA, supporting profitable growth, driving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with Group policies and local regulations. The position contributes to a growing international organization and plays a key role in shaping the financial strategy for the UAE & KSA business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall finance function for Astek entities in UAE and KSA, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful financial information.
Execute the regional finance strategy in alignment with Group objectives.
Ensure strong financial governance and compliance with corporate policies and local regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
Prepare monthly management reporting, analyze financial performance, and provide actionable recommendations.
Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Perform monthly budget variance analysis and monitor key financial indicators and KPIs.
Produce financial models and business cases to support strategic decision-making and conduct ad hoc financial analyses.
Serve as the finance business partner to the CEO UAE & KSA, supporting operational leaders in maximizing profitability and managing financial risks.
Provide financial guidance on commercial decisions, pricing, profitability, workforce planning, and organizational initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the UAE and KSA finance organization, overseeing Billing, Payroll, and Accounting teams.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial statements.
Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital, maintain strong internal controls, and coordinate audits.
Ensure compliance with tax, payroll, labor, transfer pricing, and statutory reporting requirements.
Drive finance transformation initiatives, participate in financial system deployment, and standardize financial processes.
Act as the primary liaison between regional finance and the International Finance Department, building relationships with external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

5-10 years of experience in finance management.
Demonstrated ability to lead finance functions and teams.
Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Strong understanding of financial governance, compliance, and internal controls.
Proficiency in financial systems and digital tools.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within an international organization experiencing growth and transformation, collaborating with regional and global leadership teams.
