About the Role

Imploy Egypt is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed for a professional who will lead and oversee the company’s financial operations, ensuring robust financial health and strategic support.

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will be responsible for guiding the financial strategy and execution within the organization. This role requires strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, comprehensive reporting, regulatory compliance, and in-depth financial analysis to support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, revenues, and expenses.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for senior management.
• Manage banking relationships and financial facilities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting, tax, Zakat, and VAT regulations.
• Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits.
• Develop short-term and long-term financial plans.
• Analyze profitability and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Develop and monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs).
• Establish and maintain sound financial policies and procedures.
• Support executive management in critical financial decision-making processes.

Performance Indicators

• Accuracy and timely issuance of financial reports.
• Achievement of established cash flow targets.
• Compliance with approved budgets.
• Reduction of operating expenses in line with set targets.
• Timely completion of monthly financial closing processes.
• Demonstrated improvement in profitability and profit margins.
• Full compliance with all financial, tax, Zakat, and regulatory requirements.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in financial management. A strong background in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, reporting, compliance, and financial analysis is essential for success in this role.
