About Lendo

Lendo, a growing fintech company, is seeking a Finance Operations Officer to join its expanding Finance team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers an opportunity to contribute to the core financial activities of a dynamic organization.

The Role

The Finance Operations Officer will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations that ensure the smooth running of the business. This includes processing financing transactions, managing invoicing for investors and borrowers, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with month-end activities. The role provides hands-on experience in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process financing withdrawals on internal platforms and support loan disbursement activities.
Execute daily finance operational tasks, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately.
Generate and issue invoices for investors, borrowers, management fees, and success fees.
Maintain accurate customer balances and follow up on outstanding invoices as required.
Perform daily reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies identified.
Support month-end reconciliation processes.
Maintain comprehensive finance documentation and assist with audit requests.
Provide operational support to the wider Finance team.

Systems and Platforms

The role involves utilizing various financial systems and platforms to manage operations and maintain data integrity. Key activities include:

Processing invoices within the ERP system.
Uploading invoices to the Fatoorah portal.
Using Tableau for monitoring operational activity.
Ensuring accurate system records are maintained across all platforms.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance operations. This role is suitable for professionals looking to build a strong foundation in fintech finance operations within a dynamic environment.
