Financial Control Senior Manager

About the Role

Cenomi Centers is seeking a Financial Control Senior Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing financial audit and verification processes, ensuring the integrity of financial data, and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive post-transaction financial audits and verifications.
• Review a selection of supplier invoices and payments against contracts, validating the correctness and integrity of data and transactions within the system, in coordination with Accounts Payable, project managers, and project contract managers.
• Examine all project-related ledgers and balance sheet schedules received from Budgeting, cost consultants, or the Project Management Consultant (PMC) before their consolidation into Management reports and quarterly/annual audits.
• Review monthly Management reports prepared by the General Ledger and Reporting team concerning projects, coordinating with Budgeting to identify and investigate inconsistencies.
• Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate a smooth external audit verification process, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and applicable international accounting standards.
• Ensure the consistent adoption of agreed-upon accounting principles for reconciliation, revenue, and cost reporting.
• Undertake additional roles and tasks as required by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
