About the Role

Tahreez is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making across the business. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be responsible for leading the governance of all company financials. This involves delivering regular financial reports, analyzing performance against budgets, and overseeing financial planning processes. The role requires a hands-on approach to finance leadership, balancing strategic oversight with day-to-day operational considerations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead the governance of all company financials.
• Lead and deliver monthly, weekly, and ad hoc reporting on business trends and financial performance.
• Analyze financial performance against budget/forecast, explaining variances and challenges across all functions.
• Lead multi-year financial business plans, annual budgets, and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities with functional support.
• Oversee complex new business initiatives and cases, building and maintaining financial models to support business decisions.
• Partner with department heads to track spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and board presentations.
• Support long-term strategic planning and scenario analysis.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.
• Identify process improvements to streamline reporting and planning cycles.
• Drive proactive business engagement while preserving company assets and business integrity.

Required Experience and Skills

• 3-6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead financial governance and reporting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Experience with global financial processes, tools, and systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to partner effectively with various department heads.
