About the Role

NANCO Group is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Fleet Executive Director to lead the overall fleet strategy and operational performance for the organization. This full-time executive leadership opportunity is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and involves significant organizational impact within a professional and innovation-driven work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall fleet strategy and operational performance.
• Oversee fleet operations, maintenance, procurement, spare parts, and warehouse functions.
• Manage the entire fleet lifecycle, from acquisition through disposal.
• Lead supplier management, contract negotiations, and tendering processes.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and data-driven decision-making across fleet operations.
• Develop budgets, optimize operational costs, and improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with governance, quality, and health & safety standards.
• Build high-performing leadership teams and develop succession plans.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Fleet Management, Transportation, Logistics, or Vehicle Leasing.
• Proven experience managing large-scale fleet operations.
• Solid understanding of contracts, procurement, and supplier management.
• Demonstrated experience with digital transformation initiatives within fleet operations.
