About the Role

Hilton is seeking a FLS Technician to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves performing daily maintenance of fire and life safety systems to ensure operational readiness and compliance within the hotel environment. The role focuses on delivering a safe experience for guests and supporting the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, fire pumps, and other fire and life safety equipment.
Perform scheduled testing, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of fire and life safety systems to ensure they remain operational and compliant.
Respond promptly to reported fire and life safety system faults and assist in resolving issues or escalating them as required.
Regularly inspect designated areas of the hotel to identify potential fire and life safety hazards and report any issues requiring attention.
Accurately record inspections, tests, maintenance activities, and system faults in accordance with hotel procedures.
Assist with emergency response procedures, fire drills, and testing of emergency systems to ensure the hotel is prepared for potential incidents.
Support the Engineering Team with other fire and life safety-related maintenance tasks and departmental projects as required.

Experience required: 0-1 year in a relevant field.
