About the Role: Foreman, Display & Execution

alfanar is seeking a Foreman, Display & Execution to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing and ensuring the precise execution of in-store displays and visual merchandising activities. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with brand standards and promotional plans across all assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead display execution teams in implementing visual merchandising plans and promotional setups within stores or showrooms.
• Ensure all product displays, layouts, and planograms are executed in strict adherence to brand guidelines and corporate standards.
• Monitor daily field execution activities to ensure the timely completion of display updates, seasonal changes, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to ensure execution plans align with commercial objectives.
• Regularly inspect store displays to verify quality, consistency, and compliance with brand presentation standards.
• Provide on-site guidance and support to execution staff, fostering efficient workflow and effective problem resolution.
• Report execution progress, identified issues, and store feedback to management in a timely and clear manner.
• Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and handling of all display materials and tools.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for display execution processes and overall field efficiency.

Operational Accountabilities

• Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors, demonstrating openness to directions and feedback.
• Utilize tools and machinery efficiently, managing costs and time effectively.
• Execute operational activities according to delivery schedules and established work instructions.
• Assist in resolving any arising issues and escalate complex operational problems as needed.
• Implement quality standards for products, processes, and related activities.
• Perform tasks in line with defined work routines and instructions.
• Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and processes.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in display execution, visual merchandising, or a related field.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
