Role Overview

alfanar is seeking a Foreman, Mason to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading masons and helpers in all aspects of tile installation, including sample mock-ups and professional training activities within the Sales Technical department. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring high standards of workmanship and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

The Foreman, Mason will be responsible for leading and overseeing tile installation projects, ensuring tasks are completed to professional standards. Specific duties include:

• Leading and supervising masons and helpers to manage daily tasks efficiently.
• Overseeing and inspecting professional tile installation tasks to ensure quality.
• Planning and guiding technicians and helpers to achieve professional finishing on all assigned tasks.
• Ensuring lead helpers and assistants adhere to work instructions and providing professional guidance.
• Interpreting and planning from charts, then clearly explaining them to technicians for execution.
• Preparing and executing professional mechanical installation tasks.
• Preparing substrates for installation in a professional manner.
• Demonstrating installation workshops and techniques.

Training and Development

A key aspect of this role involves fostering skill development within the team. The Foreman, Mason will:

• Conduct training workshops for masons on various tile installation techniques.
• Provide ongoing professional development and guidance to team members.

Operational Standards and Professional Conduct

This role requires adherence to high operational standards, safety protocols, and professional conduct, including:

• Strictly following all health and safety procedures.
• Checking for and reporting any malfunctions or hazards in the work environment.
