Job Summary

alfanar Group is seeking a Foreman, Mechanical to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves directing the operation, servicing, and repair of heavy equipment, as well as supervising mechanical teams. The position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Directing the operation, servicing, and repair of heavy equipment.
• Planning and supervising the activities of employees engaged in the operation and repair of heavy equipment.
• Maintaining comprehensive records for each item of equipment regarding downtime, mechanical malfunctions, and necessary repairs.
• Assembling reports on the operating costs of various models of equipment.
• Assisting with interviewing potential employees, training, and evaluating new operators.
• Directing the team to create maintenance plans for equipment and vehicles.
• Directing the team to determine requirements for oils, greases, filters, wear parts, and spare parts quarterly.
• Checking with operators for the excellent use of equipment.
• Following up with document controllers and senior mechanical technicians for arranging maintenance cards.
• Reporting breakdown root causes, equipment faults, and concerns to management.
• Ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to all health, safety, environmental, and quality management procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Degree in Automotive Engineering & Technology.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
