About the Role

Role Overview

The General Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the plastic manufacturing operations. This role involves strategic planning, operational oversight, and ensuring business growth while maintaining high standards of production and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall manufacturing operations and drive business growth.
• Oversee production, quality control, supply chain management, and maintenance functions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 15 years of overall professional experience.
• Proven experience in the plastic manufacturing industry is required.
• Mandatory previous experience as a General Manager within a plastic manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes, production, and industrial operations.
• Demonstrated track record in managing manufacturing operations and achieving business growth.
